Creator Agreement

Purpose and scope
Jay Agency may provide chat management, marketing strategy, fan engagement, account optimisation, reporting, and related support. The exact scope, start date, platforms, and working process are confirmed with each creator in writing.
Profit split and payments
Our standard commercial model is a 50/50 split of profit generated together. The calculation method, payment schedule, permitted deductions, currency, and reporting process must be confirmed in the creator’s individual written agreement before services begin.
Creator responsibilities
The creator remains responsible for lawful content, accurate account information, platform compliance, required tax obligations, timely content delivery, and clearly communicating personal boundaries. The creator must have the right to use and distribute all supplied content.
Agency responsibilities
Jay Agency will follow agreed boundaries, use reasonable care when accessing accounts, keep creator information confidential, and provide the agreed management and reporting services. We will not knowingly approve unlawful activity or platform-rule violations.
Account ownership and access
The creator retains ownership of their account and original content. Access shared with Jay Agency is limited to agreed services and should be protected using available security controls. Access must be removed when the relationship ends.
Content, voice, and approvals
The creator sets content limits, communication boundaries, tone, and approval requirements. Jay Agency may prepare campaigns, chat scripts, or recommendations, but creator-specific restrictions must be documented and respected.
Confidentiality and privacy
Both sides should protect login details, private business information, fan information, and unpublished content. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Duration and termination
The length of service, notice period, final reporting, outstanding payments, and transfer of access are set out in the individual written agreement. Either side may end the relationship according to those terms.
No guaranteed results
Growth, earnings, subscriber retention, and campaign outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Past case studies do not promise the same result for another creator.
